I don't know about you guys, but I've been zipping through my Pokemon's new Heritage Pages for the past half hour or so <3 I saw a few things I never noticed before (My Gardevoir Martel, who was named after the goddess from the game Tales of Symphonia, is the kid of Zelda and Link), not mention a few shinies I haven't noticed before. (My eevee breeding pair had produced a shiny, but that was one of the eggs I didn't choose to keep.)
I wanna hear some stories from you guys, found anything interesting? =D -------------------- |

I think I clicked today a Meowth whose grandparents on maternal side were Skitty and Wailord.
About other trivia, I'm still searching through. -------------------- |

My Pichu's great grandmother is a Zergoose and one of her parents is a manaphy. Quite a surprisingly prestigious heritage ^^

I noticed quite a few shinies (though luckily none I had produced). I would have been kicking myself lol.

I noticed a few shinys and my Charizard and Charmelion was partners and I got my Charmander from them not exactly best thing to notice but I can't remember breeding them. It must of been they both needed leveling up at same time so I put both in day care at same time and decided to get the last Charmander egg I needed from them. This also means my Charmander Clone and Charmelion Clone is related to my Charmander and other 2 I hope the people who have siblings to my shiny squirtle looked at family trees and saw my shiny as it is the only shiny in the family. Also noticed a Piplup sibling to a friends pokemon and no piplup or anything it evolves into was a parent.

I realized that when I had been breeding my Natu with my Shiny Starly, I had produced a shiny Natu. Unfortunately, the user it went to no longer appears to be active, which is kind of sad.

Why I recently discovered today that my growlithe (partnered with a female sneasel, father of twenty plus a shiny) has a colorful ancestry.
He is the descendant of a spoink, a typhlosion, a mightyena, a ninetales, a sandslash, and a pichu. And of arcanines, of course. An interesting mutt, no? I also noticed that my flaafy's paternal line of her ancestry consist mainly of cloned and uncloned charizard, along with a sceptile and aggron. Her dad is a cloned, giant fire-breathing reptile. Who woulda thought? This post has been edited by Tonie: Nov 4 2009, 03:34 PM -------------------- |

I wanna hear some stories from you guys, found anything interesting? =D Well first of all one of my favorite features on GPX+ is the Heritages. I used to browse them all the time and now with this new system it's so much better and more encouraged. So no new surprises with my Pokemon. Secondly, I guess that makes you and I in-laws, Cherry Chain, because I too received an egg from Crazy Foxie's Link and Zelda. It hatched into a Male Ralts which I aptly named Link Jr. and now he has a son, Link III. So we're technically related and we had no idea before this new system. -------------------- |

My Zangoose has a whole family of Zergooses. T-T 4 are Zangooses, 1 a sandslash, the rest are zergoose. T-T -------------------- |

My Rotom has a Gastrodon in its heritage.
My Easter Buneary's grandfather is a shiny Slakoth. My Bidofo is related to a Granbull, a Blastoise, and a Marowak. In addition, he has Easter Buneary half-siblings. One of my Crystal Onix's children was adopted by someone on my pal pad, and it wasn't even dropped specifically for her. My Salamence is related to an Octillery. My Zangoose has THREE shinies in its heritage. Two Zangooses and a Lopunny. My Meowth is related to an Arbok and a Golduck. My Absol is related to a Wailord, a Blaziken, and a Dewgong. Geez, this is addicting. -------------------- |

My Zigzagoon egg is related to a Zergoose. Hang on, lemme find out about Tyler... he's got 65 siblings?! Oh, great StarClan... One partner and one child(duh)... Related to a clone Charizard, a Lapras, and a Torterra. The Charizard has 225 children. o.O Oh my goodness... They're mostly Treeckos, Grovyles, and Sceptiles. A couple of Char's. A few cloned char's. Let's see... exploring the Lapras's history, I see a few Dragonites... Looking through the Torterra's line, I see Lotads, Cherrims, Totodiles, Croconaws, a Venasaur, and, going back through the Venasaur, I see a Meganium, Chikorita, Altaria, a Tangrowth, Charmeleon, Venasaur... Let's go through the Venasaur's family tree... A Shiftree?! And a Whismur? Through the Shiftree... I see a Panphy, Donphan, Seedot, Floatzel... Okay, WOW. That's... wow.

I thought that it's not possible to Manaphy to breed another Manaphy, I thought childs are always Phiones -------------------- |
