This shop. ARG, this shop. I have a few annoucements, I think.
Okay, so, uh, here's the thing... I have a whole bunch of other things I'm doing that, right now, feel more exciting and engaging to me than spriting. So I think I'm putting the shop on a kind of hiatus, for now; I'll make a note of it in the first post, and my worker area and stuff. What I'll probably do is work on the requests I already have, on-and-off, and when my list is clear, I'll look at maybe taking some more. I just have so much writing to do, and I feel like I'm really getting into my writing in a big way since before I left school, and it is, you know, what I want to do with the rest of my life. Write. Just... forever. So, I would rather be focusing on that, just for now. The only people I will be taking requests from is people who made requests from Sky, and haven't recieved them. It looks like both Sky and Be are no longer working here - I PMed them, and recieved exactly no response - I got a message back from Pandy, who is having a spot of internet trouble and might be a while coming back, but nothing from my spriter or my artist. So if you have an unfinished request from Sky, post it again and I will do my best to complete it for you. Sadly, I can't draw, so it you requested from Be I can't help you, sorry. I won't be taking in new workers until I know I'm off hiatus, since I don't want to spend too much time working on this shop in general, not just with requests. So, yeah. That's that for now, I'm afraid. I'll go edit the first post; I'll probably get at least one request done today out of crippling guilt I'm sure to start feeling as soon as I post this. Unfortunately, Sakato, I don't do plasma Pokemon... I could probably work out how, but it's not something I've ever done myself, and it is kind of specialist thing that Sky does, so...

Bob, (I'm sure you won't be happy with me posting this, but) Plasma Pokemon aren't all too hard. You just get the colour of the outline of one of the Rotoms, then put a two or three pixel outline around the sprite (Say, an Aggron). The arms/appendages are usually optional, as is recolouring the Pokemon to match a Rotom.

Mrr, ra ra... I figured they're not too hard once you get the hang of them, but for me it would nessecitate learning a whole new thing, and all new things are time consuming and annoying at first, and that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid, and so...

Uh, okay, so, the thing is... I've finished a lot of the writing stuff that I felt was holding me back from spending more time on spriting - I mean, I'm still writing pretty much all the time, but that's, you know, normal for me. Anyway, really, the only thing holding me back from opening the shop again is my list. And we need to have a word about that. Because it's just that... every time I look at the list I get this feeling of 'uh, do I have to', which is the same feeling I get whenever I leave something I meant to do for too long; I just got into the habit of... not. Add to that the fact that I'm sure half of the people who requested have forgotten this shop is even here... so, this is what I'ma do: I'll post a list, here, of the people who are currently on my list; if you still want your request I will make myself do it, and bloody well like it. When I've got all those done (or, after a couple of weeks), I'll open up the shop to general requests (and maybe workers) again. Also, I'll finally add the B/W trainers to my resources... thing... ( Because I really do enjoy spriting, and I like to think I'm good at it, and I want more than one thing to do with my spare time (which is currently all my time), and mayeb give me a bit more structure, which I could really use in my life.
