What kind of prizes can you win via battle? And how can you breed pokemon? I am fairly new.

1. Prizes won via Battles - In terms of this do you mean from the Battle Tower or VS Seeker?

In the Battle Tower you can win

• Valuable Items, such as Nuggets, Big Pearls, Tiny Mushrooms etc, from battling the Cypress NPC's, Youngster Joey, ???, and Innocent Children.
• The other NPC's being the Elite 4, after each battle you can win VS Seeker Items (Charcoal, Miracle Seed, Magnet etc) or you can win Type Gems (Ice Gem, Ground Gem etc), as-well as a number of points.
• Once you've beaten to Champion of the region you'll gain a Comb which can be used to change the form of Furfrou.
• You can also fight against other users, but not many use this anymore so it's easier to just challenge NPC's instead.

In the Battle Subway you can:

• You can win Vitamins when your Subway Streak reaches a certain value. For example you receive a Vitamin at streak 7.
• At certain points you can also win Hold Items (Gems, Choice Items, Leftovers and Quick Claw)
• There arealso some Account Upgrades which can be won at a certain high streak, notably helpful being the EXP All.

In the VS Seeker:

• You win points in all divisions except Training and Diamond Division.
• The amount of points you win depends on the Division entered
• EXP is gained from all Divisions
• Diamond Division wins 2 Prize Points if you win the battle.

2. Breeding

Breeding functions the same as it does in-game.

• Pokémon must not be related
• Pokémon must be opposite genders
• Pokémon must share a common egg group
• Pokémon must be close in levels.
• Legendaries cannot breed, except for Manaphy which in turn breeds Phione.
• Ditto can breed with anything in an egg group is the only way to breed the novelty Dracowymsy.
• Genderless Pokémon require the other partner to either be Ditto or a suitable Pokémon with a gender, so male or female it doesn't matter what
