I was looking to buy some stardust for my Minior, and I can't locate it, even with the pass power for all shop items. Where do I locate this stuff?

Prior to being implemented as part of Minior's form change, Stardust's only function was to be sold, so it's no surprise that it's not available in shops.
You can find it in the Underground or get it in the Battle Tower as a prize for defeating Professor Cypress #2. There may be other methods, but those are the two I know off the top of my head. --------------------  |
