The race is over, and prizes have been handed out.
Prize for completing the race: Legend Voucher Plus Consolation prizes: >= 550 eggs: Legend Voucher >= 300 eggs: 2x Enigma Stone >= 200 eggs: 1x Enigma Stone >= 100 eggs: 2x Nugget < 100 eggs: Nugget The rest of the 5th gen legends are available now. As indicated in the other thread, there's going to be a site-wide shiny hunt this month. This time, your Pokemon you will be hunting will be Relicanth. Signups will be from the time this thread is posted, until reset on the night of January 14th (Server Time). The hunt will then run for two full weeks and close at reset on the 30th, and prizes will be handed out thereafter. For those of you who didn't participate last time, here's how it works. First of all, to be able to enter in the first place, you'll need to have both Egg Dex and Pokedex entries for Relicanth, and you'll also need to have a Shine Recorder, with one of the slots for a regular hunt free. Once you have met all of these requirements, go to your Shine Recorder and sign up for the Relicanth *COMPETITON* hunt which is located at the top of the list. Signing up for a regular Relicanth hunt will not enter you in the competition. Signing up after signups have closed will also not enter you in the competition. If your hunt does not say *COMPETITON* then you are doing it wrong and you will not be able to partake in this event! Once signups are closed, and the competition is started, you will have two full weeks to try to hatch a shiny Relicanth. During this time, there will be extra Relicanth spawned in the Lab, and breeding pairs with Relicanth will breed more frequently than usual. Breeding pairs with Relicanth will also only breed Relicanth during this period of time. Note that only eggs obtained after signups have closed are eligible for the competition - this means that you are wasting your time adopting Relicanth eggs before signups are closed and the competition has started. **PLEASE TO BE READING THIS SENTENCE** Also, taking Relicanth eggs during the competition will not count against your daily Shelter grabs. There will be a special prize for all users who successfully complete their shiny Relicanth hunt, regardless of how many eggs hatched or how long it took them, as well as consolation prizes for unsuccessful users based on how many eggs they've hatched. Secondly, I'm extending the end of the contest from Reset on Friday the 28th, till Reset on Sunday the 30th.
