Electric Rivals, Who's the best minor Electric-type Pokermon? |

Who's the best Electric-type Pokemon? Please do a atleast a small reason why. I say Luxray.
Luxray: Somewhat fast with good Attack, and with the special Abilities Rivalee or Intimidate it's pretty good. Plus it can learn Ice Fang to help it against Ground-type Pokemon. No luff for Jolteon? Jolteon is AMAZING! He's incredibly fast, and he has a huge movepool. I mean seriously, teach a Jolteon: double kick, pin missile, thunder, and thunderbolt; and you'll have a swiss army knife of an electric type. w/ that moveset it can take down...9 types! O.o

Out of those listed, Luxray definitely takes the win. Raichu is a boring version of Pikachu, and Jolteon is pretty great, but not that great. While, Manatric, I didn't even know one existed. xD

It was close between Raichu and Jolteon for me, but I chose Jolteon because I like the variety of moves it can learn.

Design-wise, I'd say I like Raichu most, but I always thought Luxray was the most useful in-game, so it got my vote.

Raichu is my favorite, but for battling i would choose Jolteon. He has a great movepool, and he´s so fast he barely even need it.

for me it's manectric
 when i was playing my Emerald game, i levelled Manectric up to level 100 in about a week cos i used him so much i love 'em !

Out of those, Raichu. First of all, it looks like a kangaroo rat. Second, it was very helpful in the card game (Dark Raichu in the real cards and Fossil Raichu in the GB game). Third, I raised one in Platinum to paralyze the wandering legendaries, and taught it Signal Beam (because that seemed like an interesting attack), and it's pretty much taken Pachirisu's place as my main Electric-type.
