Appearance: Otto is a slightly short boy, a little on the scrawny side, makeing him seem a few years younger than he realy is. His complection is a bit on the tan side. He has light brown hair forming an oblong bowl around his head, the length of which varies, but mostly stays near sholder length. His most common outfit consists of a poofy, black, short-sleeved jacket over a red, slightly longer sleeved, T-shirt with a final long sleeved white T-shirt on the bottom and either jeans or caki cargo pants. Occasionally, he'll whear a red and black chullo .and a matching scarf. He carries around a kahki "satchel" that is easily mistakeable for a purse.

Personality:
Otto is one of those weird kids, who doesn't quite get that he's weird. He is quite childish in the way he play with things he finds on the floor, and can't help but fidget. When he gets mad he gets very stubborn and defenceve. He uses his chullo and scarf as a bit of a security blanket, applied whenever he needs a little confedence boost, most commonly battles. One of his favorite pastimes is exploring, unning around climibing into trees and caves and such. This tends to get him in trouble when he hangs out indoors.


Biography:

Otto and his parent's lived on the outskerts of Arasam. Most of the kids in town thought he was weird, and wouldn't go near him, luckily he had all of Mt.Carello to explore. Once, on one excursion he slipped into a deep sandy cavern. Inside he met a little hippopotas, who lead him to an exit. To repay her, Otto brough his new freind, "Tosh", food and beiries every day. they quickly became good freinds.

every winter Otto's parents would take him up to the northern shore. one year, his favoret shpeal ball was swept out to sea. It just so happend that a heard of walrein had migrated down for the winter mounths. Otto became convinced that one of the spheal was his ball come to life. In the next few days the two became fast freinds, so much so Walt, as he came to be called, decided to come back home with Otto.
