The past 2 days, when I activate the mobile Walker it’s levelling Pokemon straight to level 100. Yesterday I thought maybe they were close to max, but today it definitely levelled them from 0 to 100.

Edit: I probably should say I primed and activated it from the same location on the same device.

It's normal sometimes for the mobile walker's GPS detection to get funky and think that you've moved far enough that it levels your Pokemon immediately to max in one go. Staff has said that's no big deal. My understanding is they only punish distance-cheaters who are obviously intentionally doing it (e.g. several times around the circumference of the earth in a single day).
