Welcome to the Fusion Factory 2.0! My name is Doctor Octopus, and it will be my pleasure to serve you today. The Factory itself has grown and changed since its humble roots in userbars, but my motto remains the same: Quality above all.
Before we get started, there are a few things I need to nail down - rules, in other words.
READ ALL OF THESE, UNDER THREAT OF BANHAMMER AND SNARK.
1. Adhere to the Golden Rule.
2. Use the forms EXACTLY as given here.
3. At most two requests at a time from one person.
4. Don't request when the slots are full.
5. Requests will be completed in fits and starts. (I'm an easily distracted Otto)
6. I don't send PMs when your request is done. This is a Factory, not a delivery service. Come here to pick up your request.
7. If you read these, you'll know that you don't want to put an
in your post, but instead make a reference to Portal 2. (saying "Wheatley" will do if you haven't played the game)8. Give me credit for what I've done somewhere. A byline in your signature will do.
9. Don't be afraid to ask me a question or give suggestions or tips.
10. Don't pester me about your requests. I'll do them in my own due time, thanks.
11. I can do recolors, but try to keep them simple. Putting another Pokemon's palette on a certain Pokemon is much easier than coming up with a palette on my own.
1. I will default use the first-frame HG/SS (or B/W if it's a fifth gen Poke), but if you want me to use another sprite, just ask.
2. No, I do not animate the B/W sprites. Don't ask.
3. I do not do animated userbars except for the Stalkin' bars. See their description for more info.
1. I do NOT make custom trainer sprites. Either choose an already existing one or supply me with the frames of your custom trainer.
2. Do NOT request with the full trainer sprite. Link me to the OVERWORLD SPRITE.
3. Use common sense on how many Pokemon you want me to animate - I'm not going to want to animate a gigantic horde of Pokemon.
4. Make sure that if you request any B/W Pokes, I have the sprite for it. There's a very obvious spoiler in the second post that has a detailed list of all of the sprites I have. If it's not there, I don't have it.
5. Keep in mind that the sig limits require any images to be under 500 pixels wide and 300 pixels tall. If you don't want two or more rows of Pokemon, get rid of some Pokemon in your request.
6. Feel free to request a novelty Pokemon - I've already done some (located in a spoiler in the second post), and if I simply can't seem to make one that works, I'll say so.
I'm generally a fairly nice supervillain (don't let my history with Spider-Man fool you), but I have very little patience for people who break my rules.
I run under a strike system:
One strike for if you miss something, but you're fairly polite about it.
Two strikes for requesting something that I specifically say not to do, or for missing multiple things.
Three strikes gets you banned from the Factory. I rarely give out three at once, but if your request is an absolute mess, you might just end up with three.
Unless you make an absolute nuisance of yourself, I doubt you'll be banned. I may also knock off a strike or two after a while for good behavior, as well as do full wipes for the unbanned every once in a while.

The various styles of userbars I do will be named after the original group that I made the first userbar of the style for.
This style is characterized by a simpler background than the other - I will usually make up a custom palette based on, most of the time, a secondary color from the Pokemon itself unless otherwise specified.
This style has a bit more of a complex base. I get these bases from a userbar maker and add in any text and/or Pokemon later. I will put the slanted lines and shine on them unless otherwise specified, with the slanted lines pointing towards the Pokemon. The colors themselves are generally the main or secondary color of the Pokemon gradiating towards black - unless otherwise specified, of course.
This style is characterized by ONE Pokemon of your choice chasing after a shiny Octillery that represents myself. Keep in mind that this is indeed the ONLY animated userbar that I will make. (animated userbars are a pain in the butt for me to make)
You can request one of these if you'd like to support the Factory with more than the default userbars at the bottom of the third post.
All right, here we go: overworlds. Clearly my most popular product, as it seems to be what I get requests for more often than not.
Here, have an example.
Keep in mind that these take me longer to do than userbars as there is more assembly inherent in them. Therefore, unless they're fairly small, overworld requests will take me a bit longer.
I animate in a straight line - the trainer/Pokemon can be walking left, right, and even up and down, but not with the trainer going up with the Pokemon behind him. That's a bit beyond my abilities, sorry.

@Majexs: You're in luck (or maybe me because I get to avoid more work lolol) - I've already made a shiny Umbreon Stalkin' bar for someone else. 
And your overworld's been duly noted. (Technically if you didn't know anything about Portal 2 you were supposed to just say Wheatley but meh, close enough. XD)
@Tart Spop: Whooouh yeah... @_@ I would appreciate if you separated those two out like Sideswipe said. But still, duly noted. Can't see anything else wrong with them besides the kind of running-together-ness. :T
@Darkwing: It's totally fine. I appreciate it when people help others avoid strikes. I don't like giving them out that much, lol. |D And trust me, you're talking to a perfectionist right here.
@Sideswipe: Heh, well... I did want the Factory to be a bit more slicked up for the 2.0. I might still make the subtitle things a bit more sleek, but for now they're fine. XD I just wanted to get this thing open.

And also, could you update the Overworld I have in my sig? The two main things: Add Cherubi and Zangoose (both shiny) to the back of it, in that order. And If you could, just make Oak stand still instead of making him walk. But still, who's Wheatly?

Really though, Wheatley's my favorite character from Portal 2 (so ye better not be dissin' him in front o' me lol). Even if he is for all intents and purposes a big robotic eyeball. XD But he has a British accent, and is therefore awesome.

So, Otto, I have a proposition for you. I'm trying to get back into doing the spriting thing but I'm lazy and crazy and I just know I wouldn't be able to keep up with a shop right now... BUT I know you don't like doing custom overworld trainers, while I quite enjoy the tiny detail-ness of them, so I thought I might suggest an alliance: I'll do the frames of custom overworld trainers for people, and then you can animate them into super shiny overworld thingles. Y/Y?
Well, no, seriously, if you'd rather not have a Bobzilla cluttering up your factory here I understand, but, *shrug*, just a suggestion.
Also my shinies thing needs updating (especially considering about a month back I got like... four random shinies I wasn't hunting out of NOWHERE) but I'm not sure what needs to be done. So I'm gonna post this and check my signature and then edit this post. Lateral thinking win? I think so. Just... hang on a sec.
Okay, so, the animation currently has my Krickitot, Charmander, Rattata, Relicanth and Solrock (Eli<3). I also have a Litwick (I'm fairly sure you have an overworld for that, I'll check in a second), a random Wurmple, a random Mudkip, my Porygon that I was after (so you can take that off of the chasing), a random Slime Slugma, a random Cleffa, and I just got Cherubi. I... wasn't kidding when I said I got a bunch of random ones.
Still going after Raticate, and I'm after a Purrloin at the moment, and then I'll be going for Ralts (unless I get a female Purrloin, in which case I guess I'll still be on that hunt.) So could you make those three my 'chasing' ones? Raticate closest to me, then Purrloin, then Ralts at the front.

(... I'm already coming up with a head-canon for this. 8| There's the Factory, and then there's just this weird little corner with Bobzilla in it. WHAT MY HEAD.)

@Wastelander: At this particular moment, I've still got... one new overworld slot open (might change as I go down the line of posts; I haven't read everything yet, ehehe) so you could request one of them. :T

Everybody loves the shop! Also, pretty soon it may be easier to do the Unova sprites that you don't have. I've seen the sheet, and I'm thinking It's getting to that point. Also, I could update the list and PM it to you. Could make it a tiny bit easier.

If I were you, I'd just go ahead and get one of them now, and then after I open up a bit more, you can get both of the others. Remember, I only let you do two requests at a time.

I'm going to try and get more done, but I'm going to go see Captain America today, so I don't know if I'll be able to finish any more before I leave. :U I'll do what I can though.

EDIT: So I've been trying to get all of those sprites from the link Kingis posted, but unfortunately the person seems to have turned off the Download function, so until they turn it back on, I can't get all of them. I'll update the spoiler with overworlds that I DON'T have once I'm able to get them.

If it's something like Wastelander where they're just on separate rows, then yeah, maybe, but having the Pokes actually literally follow behind the trainers is harder because technically, the trainers should obscure part of the Pokemon sprite and... yeah. Homey don't play dat.

Well, I found myself with some time on my hands (aka I finished Sweet Success, Hidden Ruins, and Protecting the Fragile, and ran out of people on the online list to click) so I decided to do a few requests. Being that they were the oldest, I cleared out the userbars list. :T Might do a few overworlds later, but... *shrugs* You know how I can be sometimes. (besides, I upload overworlds and userbars into separate folders on Photobucket :U so meh)
ANYWHO.

@Takio: A few things wrong here... first and foremost, OVERWORLD SLOTS ARE CLOSED. THEY'RE FULL.
Secondly, that trainer only has one frame for each direction. She'd just be standing there while the Pokemon did their little walky bit behind her. Choose a different trainer next time you request, yup yup.

I sure hope the enxt game has official overworlds of all pokemons. would make you collecting some sprites easyer wont it? ;D

Um, yeah, anyway. *scratches head* I'm back, sort of, but not really. See, the Factory... it was good while it lasted, but I just don't want to do this sort of thing anymore. So here is what I'm going to do:
All current requests will be finished, and then the Factory will be closed for good.
For the requests, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU STILL WANT IT. I'm not going to start working on these until I know that you still want it. Edits/updates to the original request are allowed, just let me know.

Welp... I'd totally ask for an update, but I think I've gotten about 70 more shinies or something ridiculous since i last posted xD Shame to see it closed down, but everything has an end, right?

@Doctor Luigi: Considering that Moonlit Oak has also taken up the mantle of doing a few overworlds on their own, no, I don't mind. I may still do a few from time to time, but not in a shop like this. So go right ahead - it's not like I've got a copyright on 'em or anything.

@Starships: Ahahaha no that would indeed be ridiculous. 8| I definitely don't want to do an overworld that huge, my goodness. It'd never eeeend asdfghjkl
