Five pokemon max, but I'm not on an exploration? |

So, this is my second day here. Newbie and...proud? No, not really.
 I had six Pokémon, and I believe I submitted one to /something/, wanting to just get rid of it. But I do not know /what/. Some sort of gifting-raffle thing?  So, I worked with five slots. What a smart idea.  And so, I found that I could only have *four* slots open when I went on my first exploration. So, I perused the FAQ section, presuming that it would make me understand what I could've done wrong.      And...it didn't work. I don't know what I'm missing/doing wrong, and I really need some help, if anyone knows what I did wrong, and if/when it can be undone. I don't need a Pokémon back, I just want that sixth slot back. |

You entered the Exchange, which limits your party to 5 slots until January 1st so you are sure to get the Exchange Pokemon. So for explorations, you need 1 slot open pretty much at all times, so you will only have 4 Pokemon in your aprty to embark on an Exploration.
