Yes Slime or Toxic as I call them Slugmas or Magcargos can be find in shelter/safari zone if your lucky but I'v seen slime slugma a common egg find.

Well, Slime Slugma being rather common doesn't necessarily mean that they'll be there all the time. Just keep looking; you'll find one soon enough, I'm sure. :>

Yes, they are pretty common now. And even if you see it, there's a high chance you WILL get one. Sometimes they stay there for a minute.
