Well .GIF etc. is ok too, just not .JPG, please. The pic's quality suffers.

Exact size can be your decide, but keep it reasonable. xD Something that fits well with the topic's style. BD Frames included to make it clean.

It's not necessary to give a nickname. You can just put for example: "TNA Ninjask", "Ninjask TNA".

So my description isn't enough for you then? With the description one can right out the whole name of the group so people would be able to understand and join when they look at the pokemon.

Maybe so, but it's just more epic if you've like full box of ninjas with TNA letters on all of them or if most of nincada evolutions you run into has them.
