Appearance
A 1,65 meters tall and 59 kg boy. He has somewhat long brown hair and bright yellow eyes. A tan tone covers his skin, making him look more of a tropical island person rather than a city one. A red shirt covers his torso, and a brown letter jacket lies in the shirt. He wears jeans with about six pockets. Two of them are used to carry his Pokeballs and another pocket has his Pokenav. We carries a backpack to carry items such as Potions, Extra Pokeballs and other items. A bandage is involved in his hand, hiding a birth-mark, which many believe that it is the mark of the Demon of the Black Feathers.

Personality
Carefree and relaxed, nothing seems to take him down. He can be highly pessimistic but it stays calm while under pressure.He sometimes has good ideas but he never admits that he's 'the smart kind'. He fights when needed and doesn't cares much about coordination since he thinks that's for rich and snobe people. His training method is based around friendship and trust with his partners Pokemon. He hates people who uses Pokemon as a weapon and don't care about them and that their strategy is based only on sheer power.

Biography
He was born in Hearthome City with an odd mark on his right hand. Some of the elders said that he had the mark of the Demon of the Black Feathers, a sign of destruction, and so he was feared by anyone who knew the legend of the demon. When he was six he went to school for the first time. By the age of 14 he decided to study the legend of the demon, so that he could learn more about the mark. In before the school end his class went to a field trip and that's when we meet his first partner, Icicle, the Spheal and became best friends. One day when he was walking through the city he saw a Zigzagoon surrounded by two Houndours. He was able to defeat both of the Houndours with the help of his friend Icicle. The Zigzagoon, now known as Kan, soon became the new member of his team. When he reached the big 16, before departing to his journey, his parents gave him his last partner, Flick, the Taillow.

Icicle was originally a rental Pokemon, owned by Professor Rowan, which was used to help the students on their field trips. The objective was to explore the terrain with the help of a Pokemon and find the hidden checkpoints with the help of the Pokemon's skills, ability or intelligence.

The students were given the chance to select one of the many Pokemon, supplied by the researcher, to become its partner and trust-worthy friend. Andrew pondered for a few moments, think on which to choose when suddenly a Spheal from the group of Pokemon jumped towards Andrew, making him lose balance and fall into the floor. Andrew decided to partner up with the Spheal as his partner and the duo didn't take long to find trouble...

Of course that running around in a forest while looking back isn't a great idea and a full force tackle against a tree was imminent. An angry hive of Beedrill swarmed the boy and the Spheal and the two were forced to fight back against the enraged bugs. It didn't take too long but the struggle had left both of them exhausted and unbelievably hungry.

Some minutes passed, and with the help of some Water Guns to drop the fruits from the trees, the duo had a good amount of berries which disappeared in a matter of seconds. Looking from afar, Professor Rowan observed their team work and approached the boy.

"I normally don't do this with rental Pokemon but I'm giving you the option to keep that Spheal as your first partner. I've been watching you two for some time now and I realized that you have a great cooperation, even for a rental Pokemon like that Spheal." Andrew didn't even hesitated and accepted the offer in an heartbeat.

Other Notes
Andrew is also pretty good at drawing, a talent he got from the fact that he used to get extremely bored at home and during classes.
