Why do I like Pearlshipping?
I think Ash and Dawn have so much in common, they make a good match - like dealing with disobedient Pokemon, an electric type, and not getting along with their starter when they began their Pokemon journeys. They also developed much better chemistry than Ash did with May, and - I personally think - with Misty. Ash and Misty started traveling together after he destroyed her bike, but they were constantly arguing. May grew apart from Ash after she met Drew, and Misty has had other boys that she has shared strong chemistry with, like Tracey and Brock. Dawn and Ash were on good terms when they first met and started traveling together. Also, I absolutely love the song "High Touch". It's the only canon song that deals with a relationship (whether as friendly or romantic) between two of the trainers traveling in Ash's group. Allow me to restate that - it is the only CANON song. --------------------  I BLEED ORANGE AND BLUE!  |
