Here's the deal, every second sunday (domingo for those in spanish speaking countries) I will post a theme and the results. All of the top entries will remain here on this post. It must be saved in .PNG or it's invalid. You may not take any art work without my permission or the creators, but you must have both. Enjoy.

 All right, here's Shiny Suiveecun-oh! Eevee's body, Articuno's wings, Ho-oh's little golden curl thing(on a headband) and Shiny Suicune's color pallet.  EDIT: Except for Ho-oh's curled feathers, or whatever they are. I got bored, so I made an attempt.
It had Eevee's body, Suicune's curly thing, Articunos wings and recoloured in Ho-Oh's colours.

decided to get back into slicing, my entry:
 eevee main body, ho-oh's talons, lugia's tail (it counts as a bird right?) and entei's head crown thingy. rules didnt say anything about it being to be coloured a specific colour . and if lugia's tail doesnt count i'll just redo my entry

accepted and for being the first to think of lugia as the base (even though i guess it might be a dragon even though it's mainly considered a bird) you get a cookie!
