NEWS: This shop will be closing down soon, for good. Soon as in right after this next bacth, in fact. However I’ll be opening up a new shop right after, so… You’ll still be able to get art from me. It’ll all be more or less the same, but it will just be so much better organized.
And yes of course I’ll give a link to it when it’s done.

BE SURE TO READ THE RULES THOROUGHLY, OR CHANCES ARE YOU’LL GET AUTO-BANNED WITH ONE POST. IT’S HAPPENED THREE TIMES ALREADY.

RULES

1. Credit me. Be it in text in your signature, in a spoiler, or in some big picture where you put all the stuff you’ve gotten to give credit to EVERYONE, I don’t care. Just credit me.
2. I will NOT PM you for anything. And I’d prefer if you just post here, but if something’s really personal or urgent, you may PM me. HOWEVER. If I take a month to do your request (which seems to happen a lot…) I WILL PM you your picture to make sure you get it if you do not pick it up within a couple days.
3. Save it to your own computer. It makes everyone’s lives easier.
4. You can only request every other batch. (ex: Batch 1- request. Batch 2 – cannot request. Batch 3- request again. Etc.) Also, if you’re requesting a bunch, you’d better have a Randimg account (or equivalent rotating image site thing.) This goes for avatars and shiny bars both as separate batches, but you can only request from one at a time. Make sense? K – if you’re in line for an avatar, you can’t request shiny bars, and vice versa. At the moment, this doesn’t apply. Shiny bars don’t get requested as much as I’d like >_>
5. If you have more than three avatars from me already, you must wait at least one hour after slots have been opened to request. This also goes for Shiny Bars, but that would be 3 “batches” which equals nine Shiny Bars.
6. Don’t rush or pester me about your request. I graduated high school in June and have been thrust into the real world, and it is scary and very very busy.
7. I won’t change things on the requests, unless it’s a glaring mistake and easily fixable. If something’s really bothering you about it, just inquire with me. I promise I won’t bite your head off.
8. I always post all the requests at the same time, for simplicity’s sake. So yours might be done one day, but I’ll post it the next because I didn’t get them all done.
9. I’m going to start making sure people read the damn rules. Put an Umbreon in your post so I know you did.
10. Give me a reference if it’s a fakemon or what-have-you. Just please have it be something someone has specifically done for you, or something you’ve done yourself. I don’t like taking designs from other artists who never gave any sort of permission. And do not say “the pokemon in my avi/signature.” Give me an actual, tangible link.
11. Do not give me a bunch of options for anything. I’m very indecisive. Be as specific as possible. (unless you REALLY want me to just do my own thing, in which case you have no say about the end product and it’s your fault if you don’t like what I’ve done.)
12. Don’t post your own sprites/art here :/ That’s just rude. UNLESS, of course, you’re doing a trade with me. You may post your half here, or PM it to me. And be sure to give me a link if you put it up on dA <3
13. Be polite and respectful, boys and girls. This means saying “please” and “thank-you.”
14. Don’t edit my pictures without my consent.
15. Do not request when the slots are full. You’ll get a warning and I’ll remember you as an annoying person forever.
16. One Pokemon/person per request. It’s far too small to have multiple subjects. This bleeds over to trades, as well. I will do multiple subjects in one picture if you also do the same amount of people/Pokemon in yours, or you do two separate ones with one person/Pokemon. It’s only fair. You may inquire with me if you think the thing you want wouldn’t be too hard, but has more than one subject. I’m willing to bend my rules every once in a while.
17. Do not edit my order forms. I made them for a reason.
18. When doing a shiny bar, you must already have the shiny Pokemon. You must give me a link to it for proof. I would prefer if it was at LV100, but as long as you know you'll be keeping it as the Pokemon it is (i.e. not evolving it) than all shall be well. Shiny Novelties and Legendaries are perfectly okay, as well.
19. If there is anything you aren’t sure on or would like more clarification on, don’t be afraid to ask! You can ask questions via PM is you’re more comfortable with that, as well.
20. I claim the rights to all gijinka designs unless you gave me a description to draw for you. Meaning I can draw them again at any time. They belong to meeee ;D
21. You must continue using any avatars I’ve done for you for you to be able to request any more. They can just be sitting in your signature instead of your actual avatar, but they must be visible. I didn’t do all this hard work for nothing.
22. Although Shiny Bars come in batches of three, it’s perfectly okay if you only want one or two instead. However this doesn’t mean you can come in sometime later and ask for the other bar(s) you gave up because you “wanted them later” or something. You give ‘em up, you give ‘em up for good.
23. In lieu of GPX+ gaining “retros,” the default sprite for shiny bars is Platinum, which GPX+ used before this change. If you would prefer a different sprite, this is okay. An option for this has been added to the form. However, I personally would like to keep them all Plat to keep them uniform, but… it’s your request.
24. If you’re requesting a 5th Gen Pokemon, please do give me a link to the Pokemon’s page (on Veekun or Serebii or Bulbapedia or whatever you use most.) because I don’t know… any of them, just about. This just makes it a lot easier for me.
25. Ignore rule nine and instead make a Hitchhicker’s Guide to the Galaxy reference. Or just say 42 if you know nothing about it. (this applies to requesting avatars and shiny bars.) Though I will remind you about it once if you do everything else right, (in the form of asking you to read the rules again, and maybe mentioning something about paying special attention to the last rule.) but I might just start warning you after that.

WARNINGS

Warnings are given for breaking the rules, or pissing me off and forcing me to add a new rule. Get three warnings, and I will never draw anything for you. EVER. However, if you’re polite and/or apologetic and mature about the situation, you can get warns knocked off. But this also depends on my mood and general opinion of you. Yes, I can be biased. It’s my shop. :c
And yes, you can get banned with a single post. It’s happened three times now.

Warned People
King Leo - 3 warnings - For requesting while the shop is closed, and asking to be PM'd the finished product on top of editing the order form. Good job.
Tyranatar - 1 warning - For requesting while the slots were full. Sigh...
Eternal Dragon – 1 warning - Requesting while slots were full, and not reading the rules completely on top of that. However, s/he was very polite about the whole thing, so I think I’ll knock a warning off c:
marshtomp1 – 3 warnings – Not reading the rules, not using a form at all, and requesting while the shop was closed. Epic lul, newbie.
Midnite – 3+ warnings – Requesting while slots were full, requesting an avatar and 3 shiny bars at the same time, only using one shiny bar form despite requesting for three pokemon, didn’t give proof links, AND didn’t use 42 thus meaning they didn’t read the rules. HOOO BOY.
Midnite’s no longer warned~ (This’ll hover here for a little while just to show that you CAN become un-warned, despite what you’ve done. Just be civil about it.)
dilophoraptor – 3+ warnings – Requesting while the slots were full, not using the form, asking for a fakemon and saying “look in my avatar” instead of giving a ref, and forgetting 42 therefore meaning they never read the rules. Why is this so difficult, people?

splicetastica – 2 warnings – Saying “The Ishuu Gym leader that is electric type” and not giving a ref (same with some random Gen5 Pokemon) and asking for a person and a Pokemon in the same picture. SHUNNNN.

IF YOU DO NOT READ THESE RULES, I WILL MOST LIKELY FIND OUT BECAUSE CHANCES ARE YOU'LL BREAK ONE. THAT WILL MAKE ME ANGRY. SO DON'T DO IT.

1. I’m female, 17, and my birthday is in December. I’ve been drawing since forever and have only recently taken a few classes in abstract painting, so everything you see here is self-taught. I do hope to actually do something with art or writing as a career someday.
2. I don’t like rule-breakers
3. I tend to be too nice for my own good, but don’t think you can take advantage of me.
4. I’m totally open to trying new things. As long as it’s in an avatar format, you can ask me about requesting anything.
5. I am open to trade requests, if the quality of your work is up to my standards. My standards aren’t very high, but please do not be angry with me if I turn you down. I might just not be in the mood/have the time to do a trade. Level of effort is taken into account too, as well as how long it takes you. If it’s some sprite you can do in 10 minutes, I’m not gonna wanna do an avatar that takes over an hour for you. It’d be more like 5 sprites for one avatar in that case, if you still really wanted it.
6. I work on a 150x200 canvas on Photoshop, but I double it in size to draw, then scale it back down to avatar size for you. Sometimes I’ll post the bigger version as well if there was a lot of detail or something.
7. I am eventually going to post anything anyone requests on my DeviantART account. My account is TehArtMonkey (I know, big surprise) if you wish to take a look-see.
8. Yeah, I cuss/swear. So do the mods, it’s not a big deal.

Proof: (A link to your Pokemon. Or, a link to your page and tell me which box it's in, if that's easier for you or something.)
Pose/Expression/Mood: (limited, but helpful. Mostly the expression/mood bit. Sad, happy, angry, etc.)
Description: (what you want the hair or clothes to look like, age range, etc. Also mention things you really DON’T want. (especially make-up, for girls. I don’t know why, but I love to put it on them.))
Sprite: (I’ll use Platinum by default, but if you want a specific sprite, tell me, and then give me a link to it. I find veekun to be the best to find all the different sprites. Forgetting to link won’t automatically lose you the slot or make me reject your request, but it DOES make it a lot easier for me, and chances are I’ll like you more )
(if you'd prefer I figure that all out for myself, just put N/A on them both and at the bottom here put "HAVE AT YOU!" If you don't, I'll ignore you.)

NOTE FOR NOVELTIES: If you have some sort of dress up on your shiny sprite, please either remove it, or link me to a non-dressed-up shiny novelty sprite for use with the bars. I think Zerxer has most of the shiny novs, and I’ve heard there’s a GPX wiki, but I always have trouble finding the blank sprites anyway :/ This just makes it easier for me.
