I use paint for the recolors, and iaza.com for the transparent stuff, and I'm doing it now, Itsuki.

I use paint for my recolors (and splices... and pretty much everything else other than animations) with paint too but I use photoshop to make the backgrounds transparent. its good for that but not for spriting. Its very bad for that XD
