pikachu should be able to learn volt tackle. i know its an egg move but, on the show, pikachu didnt start off as a pichu. they werent even in his region when he started. but anyway. on the d/p shows it shows pikachu using volt tackle. i mean...why cant pikas learn it on the games then? other then evolving the volt-tackle pichu?

I was playing my Gold version the other day, and I was wishing Ho-Oh could learn Aeroblast, because I really like that move. So I used my Gameshark Pro to replace one of it's existing moves with Aeroblast. : D
But it'd be cool if it knew THAT instead of Sacred Fire. I also wish Dodrio could learn Sky Attack. :0 .................. or can it? I don't even know. I also wish Parasect and Charizard could learn Earthquake. Would it be interesting if floating Pokemon like Magneton or Haunter could learn Fly? It'd also be cool if Hitmonlee could learn Blaze Kick, just like Hitmonchan can learn Fire punch. Charizard can't learn Flame Wheel, can it? Oh man, that would be the coolest damn Charizard ever.
