Appearance:Franny is a fairly tall, skinny girl. She weighs around 80 pounds, and stands around 5"1'. She has long, slightly curled hair, black in color. Her pupils are brown, and bangs occasionally cover them, making it hard to see sometimes. She has a medium-toned skin, which makes it obvious that she goes outside a lot. If you look at her face, you'd think you could use less make-up. Franny has red chops, that are almost always covered with red lipstick. She constantly uses mascara, and has always carries her mirror and a brush around.

Franny usually wears either a solid black T-shirt, along her favored light blue jacket with a pokeball logo on the back. Her bottom half usually consists of black or navy jeans. Her backpack is a light brown, with so many pockets, you'd think they could hold nearly anything. If Franny isn't found wearing her favorite jacket, she'll buy a new one, preferably the same brand. All of the clothes are always new, and crisp.

Personality: More of a happy-go-lucky, and a go-with-the flow girl, Franny prefers to be called 'Frosty' instead. She chose that name because it sound good, to her at least. She loves fun, and would do anything just for it. People often call her 'weird' and just a little 'insane', but she doesn't mind. Frost is happy most of the time, she can have a laugh, and have a serious conversation at the same time. Because of her happy-go-lucky personality, she often gets into trouble because of it, her head can be full of silliness sometimes, but as Frosty always said, "It's part of the package!"

Vicious when mad, Frosty is unpredictable when mad or irritated. Signs of irritation can be when she has this 'look' on her face that says "Don't move, or get bitten'. The girl can really hit, scream, and kick, because Frosty isn't afraid to do so. When sad Frosty doesn't really do much, maybe sit there, stalk around here. Mostly thinking about the good things or her life, or more often, life. These things do happen to her, though very rarely, since Frosty has a overall good temper.

Biography: Born in, and started in Fidona, Frosty is the oldest of three siblings. Two boys, and a girl. Life was pretty hectic with that many sibling no? Frosty never really liked it when she was looked up to, just because she was oldest, it made life that harder. Her siblings were constantly bothering her, which made her take a long time to catch her first pokemon, a Mareep, even though she only caught it when she just turned 11. She had caught the Mareep when it was badly injured, attacked by a ruthless Cubone, who wanted to steal it's food. She had seen all of it. The girl then caught it while the Cubone was away, and put her in good health. Since then, Frosty had a very good bond with her Mareep, which she named 'Soul' because the pokemon seemed to like it when she had said "Soul" in one of her sentences.

Later in her life, Frosty has spent two years deciding if she wanted to be either a coordinator or a trainer. Of course, because of the love of battling, she picked the life of a trainer. Overall, Frosty had caught another pokemon, Light the Sentret. The Sentret actually ran up to her when Frosty was training Soul by a small forest. Because of that, she she assumed that Light wanted to be caught. Not knowing actually why, the girl ignored it, but sometimes it still bugs her to this day. Light and Soul were constantly fighting, over her. They always wanted to be with Frosty, she didn't mind, though in duel battles, they were especially annoying, since the two pokemon bickered and fought, because of that, they rarely won. Frosty made a deal, hang with her or return to their pokeballs. Since that day, it's been quiet and nothing seemed wrong. Frosty still leads a full life, residing everywhere, meeting a lot of people in the process.

It'd be nice to know how she caught her pokemon. Was there an interesting story involved?

Change mareep's theunderbolt to thundershock.

I did better than I expected. Changed the specified above.

Since Mareep can't learn Quick Attack, I changed it to Tackle (I'll spare Sand Attack). Other than that...
