I'm pretty sure it is unique, and so follows the rules. My suggestion is a pass power which allows the user to bypass the weather needed to evolve a pokemon. By this of course items required and levels required would still be needed but special weather conditions such as foggy would not be needed for 1 pokemon to be evolved. I suggest 1 pokemon and then the power disappears to ensure the power not be abused.
Would definitely help since weather conditions change, or have the chance to, every hour and the likelyhood of getting a desired weather is quite minor. Let me know what you think -------------------- |

And lets say you can only use (max) 2 a day. ^.^ I like the idea. Wonder how the evolite would work with it though...one, to bypass 5 day waiting and one to bypass weather...sounds almost too good to be true ^.^'

I think you would still need to use evolites to bypass the 5 days, i wouldn't want it to be abused like that as well, and i agree 2 uses a day would be a perfect max, glad someone likes the idea =]

Then again they are not the same thing, you asked for the weather to be altered where as this wouldn't change the weather but remove the requirement for weather for a use. -------------------- |

The idea of allowing pokemon to evolve with weather in a sense is the same, but i wouldn't be suggesting actually changing the weather so i dunno. Either way, yours and My idea is a good idea for a pass power, in whatever form, its completely up to the admins so play the waiting game xD

I'd say bypassing the weather would be more useful than changing the weather, although more powerful. I also think it would be easier for the server to manage, using the override button rather than changing the programming for a couple of minutes for one user - but I'm not a tech expert.
Either way, I love this idea! I think that it would be great, especially when I get to the achievements that require this, and the pokemans that I want that need to be evolved. This, if implemented, would totally be a pass power I would use!  4 people support this idea! If you wanted, you guys could pick a topic to sponsor and both sponsor this in your sigs so more people could see it! This would be useful, but only for overriding the weather, as otherwise other users would change the weather again before you could evolve your pokemon.

i really like the idea of bypassing weather i need cherrim sun form to complete my sinnoh dex today is the fifth day and so far i havent seen the sun once yet the four days before this (other than the aurora) i saw sun 3 or 4 times and never had an evolite for it

I suppose someone could make the point that this is why they supported this idea over the other one, because they're suggesting just bypassing the weather requirement rather than actually changing the weather or stimulating weather (similar to how the eviolite just "bypasses" the 5 day wait) but to me it's all the same concept, I agree with you on this xD I always took that to just assume they didn't want any suggestions related to finding ways around the weather requirements. But you never know how literal some people might be, haha
