When I first came to the thread looking to get help with my SN, I felt like I wasn't supposed to post in this thread because I needed the achievement first. I haven't looked at the front post recently, but perhaps that is why we don't get a lot of talk in the thread...because people feel uncomfortable posting without the achievement. That's just a thought I had while reading about how to get more participation.

If you aren't able to find a tier manager in a few weeks, I might be able to help out. For now though, I'm still catching up on old work from my vacation while juggling some bad coworkers and dealing with that messyness.

The requirements of being on our list are to have the fist three Newbie Achievements and to have been on the site for one month.

Does everyone still agree with this, or should we change it (for the next set of targets)?
