Ugh, is anyone else about ready to give up on the scavenger hunt?
I've missed targets like 4 days in a row now because I've been out running around doing things and my eggs don't have enough clicks to hatch until almost the last minute. I was so close 2 nights ago (the 20th), because it only required lvl 16, but then too late I realized the pokemon I hatched was Green and I had to get it to level 32 to evolve it and make it grey...and I barely hit the 16 target before reset... I don't get why we've had all Pokemon tasks either, usually there's been at least a couple of trinket tasks by now... I'm also seriously discouraged by this Spiritomb shiny hunt. Taking forever to hatch eggs, I'm over the 300 mark, and I feel like I'm getting nowhere. My pair hasn't even bred a shiny that someone else has hatched in 1.5k eggs... I know the only way I'll complete it is if I keep hatching eggs, but not seeing my breeding pair produce any shinies is geting pretty disheartening...Maybe this Ditto ran out of luck xD -------------------- |

I used to hate the pokemon tasks. I find that having a laptop now they are more manageable. I find clicking to be stress relieving anyway. Helps that I'm on vacation too.
Azriel and I are going to the big flea market by our house today after we drop my husband off. Tomorrow we get to go to our favorite flea market that's farther since it opens tomorrow. He's excited to try and find some new toys. -------------------- |

The only bad tasks to me are when we keep getting several level 50+ tasks in a row.... that one scavenger hunt was hell, but I completed it anyways as I didn't want to break my streak of completing them.
And apparently today is my 8th anniversary here -------------------- |

Decided to start hunting for a complete set of Minior in Pokemon Sun-including a shiny, which I'll SOS for.
Speaking of shinies, I managed to get two via WT. Basically I started watching this streamer called Vanderforge, he does a lot of battling, shiny hunting, and wonder trading on Twitch-I got a shiny Torkoal and a shiny Heracross during a stream from what the chat calls 'non-viewers' (Someone who is not watching the stream/interacting in the chat-usually ends up being people from Japan and South Korea, given the time of his streams). The Heracross even has perfect IVs! (Unsure if it's from Gold Bottle Cap or this was a one in a million.) -------------------- Foobs.

Found a plastic ryder wagon for Azriel at the flea market. Great thing to take to the zoo. Glad we found it. There was a bad accident coming home though. Involved a small car and a motorcycle. The person that was on the motorcycle was thrown to the side of the road. Hope they are ok.

Decided to start hunting for a complete set of Minior in Pokemon Sun-including a shiny, which I'll SOS for. Hate to be the bringer of bad news, but Minior is one of the only Pokemon that can't be SOS; along with Wimpod, Komala, Pessimian and Oranguru. You'll have to do Masuda method or random encounters if you want to get a shiny, and with random encounters you run the risk of it self-destructing. And no, iirc, it's mostly leveling tasks. If we get more than one Trinket task in the Scavenger Hunt, it's a good hunt. You must hate me then. I got a random shiny that hatched, as of the time of this posting, 4 days and 33 minutes ago. I think I was grabbing them for the weekly Pokehunt? EDIT - @ Yami: I've gotten the complete normal set in Sun. No shiny, though. And I think I had a ton of Green and Blue kill themselves before I was able to complete the set. But it's been a while, so I might be mixing up the colors I had a hard time catching. This post has been edited by RicFule: Apr 22 2017, 11:10 PM -------------------- |

The wait time for aura exploration is 2 months?
I thought it was a longer time since the last aura, but apparently not. I can get my last Unown before I can try for another shiny Deoxys lol -------------------- |

I didn't realize that we had aurora that recently either. Glad I didn't have to quit my exploration now though. Haven't gotten a spring cyndaquil in awhile.
I'm currently rewatching the eighth season of the xfiles. That's the only season my library had. I've gotten five episodes in I think. Forgot how much those shows eventually freak me out if I watch enough in a row. Still one of my favorite shows though. What's everyone else's favorite show? -------------------- |

Been dragging my feet with Eevee personally. It's torture. I'd take misery of my allergies at times over this. My Winter Vulpix have been at it since the dawn of time and nothing to show so far either. Seems like the world is conspiring for me to hunt other shinies than the ones I really want. Trinket scavengers would be very nice. Kinda sick of having to break up my hunts for this. -------------------- |

Hmmmm I'm not that much of a TV person but I like to watch Pool Master, Tanked, River Monsters, and similar shows when they're on and I happen to be in the same room :P Speaking of rewatches, I'm rewatching Himouto Umaru-chan atm. With the second season coming this Fall I want to be fresh in my mind so I can jump right back in again. I want to do this with a couple other shows too. Although I'm not sure which ones. -------------------- |

We found a emotronic furby at the flea market today. It still works. My husband told it to kill the human race and it said ok. Turned it off after that. Creepy thing. I want to get another one so they can talk to each other but they are hard to find. Azriel got a batman car with batman for $2. He loves the thing. It drives it's self and launches little fan things.

Yesss, managed to complete another DotW.
I should put more effort into doing explorations in total, I've been a bit lazy. Maybe I'll go for the Guardians exploration next, now that DotW is done. Taking a day to just relax. Maybe I'll go out for a walk, later. I'm expecting my new couch to be delivered this week! That's exciting stuff. I'm keeping a close eye on my phone, in case they call for a delivery appointment. As for my favorite shows... I like watching all kinds of things. I enjoy shows like NCIS and Criminal Minds (not up-to-date with all of it, but I still like it). Or shows on Discovery. Or Catfish. Or Sherlock-related series (both the BBC series as well as Elementary). Lots of other things I can't think of right now, too. @ D E A N: I still need 79 trinkets at the moment. I'm open for exchanging some spares if you're interested? -------------------- |

I remember I used to have a Furby that would talk in the middle of the night, it freaked me right out. When the original furby came out I saw the commercials and thought it was really freaky looking like a gremlin. I wound up getting one for my birthday so I got used to it. Can't tell someone that waited a few hours in line to get one that it freaked you out. Then my mom got me another one. Used to talk from the toy box in the middle of the night. Used to keep me awake. -------------------- |

I bet hearing the toy talk at night freaked you out at first. I know it would.
I'm looking forward to the May "egg drop", and really hope I get an egg. This month, I wasn't eligible to win because my party was full. @_@ |

You can read the guidelines for receiving an egg from the event on the first page of this thread. -------------------- |
