Mew, is the Pokemon I consider God. At least, before all the Sinnoh mumbo-jumbo came in. It could learn all moves, and is generally a lovable Pokemon.

No, the god of all Pokemon is obviously 42!! I only put The Beatles in the poll because 42 wasn't an option. The god of all Pokemon is either 42, The Beatles, or Ninetales.
