And as for Deoxys? I was thinking the normal form, since during the LAST time one was given out, it was listed as the specific form {Speed}. And, yes, I think the Speed form is available for this month.

I can confirm this too. My aunt's birthday is the 23rd IIRC and she hates it so much.

My birthday is July 4, and nobody calls me America's incarnation nor the Philippines' incarnation nor Calvin Coolidge's incarnation.

I have a cousin with a Christmas Eve birthday, and add me to the list of people who have friends with Halloween birthdays. I also have an ex-boyfriend with a December 30th birthday but I try to pretend he doesn't exist. I learned some really weird things about his family after we broke up and that's just not something I like thinking about.

That last sentence creeps me out a bit because when i hear something like that i have so many possibilities pop into mind

My birthday is 06-22 i acutally wish it WAS closer to holidays since ive always wanted a fall or winter birthday. I love the cold so having a summer birthday is a bummer for me. Plus my horiscope is all sorts of wrong i shouldnt be a crab since my personallity is nothing like most cancercrab people. Im more of capricorn scorpio and aquarius.

Okay. So what show should I burn next? I've caught up on a lot of this season now, but I still have 6 more shows I still need to burn. Well, 6 that I CAN burn. One show, American Horror Story: Hotel, I have all the episodes DVRed, but when I burned the second episode, even though the play screen said I recorded 1 hour and 42 minutes, only 1 hour and 34 minutes or so seemed to have been recorder. So, that means that, unless I can get the second episode somehow, I can't actually burn the following shows to the DVD.

The other 6 shows I have yet to burn are: Supernatural {Seen all the episodes}, The Vampire Diaries, Sleepy Hollow, The Originals, Reign, and ANTM.

I know someone who have birthday near xmas and it's the same thing: less presents, other people who forget. It's like "ok it's a present for your birthday and xmas ok because I don't have any other idea and not enough money with all the xmas stuff to buy..."

Having a summer birthday kind of sucks too, especially if it falls into summer break. It's like, impossible, to organize a birthday party. Going anywhere is generally a pain because everyone else in the world is off and it's a busy time for traveling and vacationing. And you get forgotten a lot. Most years none of my friends from school ever wished me a happy birthday.

I think having it near or on Christmas would probably suck worse though.

My birthday usually falls a couple of weeks before classes start so I guess I got lucky in the sense that no one is really busy. It just sucks cause my birthday is a reminder that classes are starting again lol :/. On top of that, RA training usually starts when my birthday is as well which sucks even more.

This year my birthday (March 8th) fell on the same day Daylight Savings Time began, so that was a slightly shorter day for me. I remember one year it fell on the same day as Mardi Gras, which was pretty cool. I know my paternal grandmother was born on New Year's Eve and my dad was born a couple of days before JFK was assassinated.

Mine is 3rd of October so I guess kinda Autumn birthday woo. It's usually the time when the leaves are starting to change over here so if it's a nice day ta really pretty outside. Although my actual due date was 5th of November (premature obviously with complications that needed operations at a few weeks old)

My sister's birthday is December 21st, so she has the rotten luck with her friends possibly not coming to her birthday party because of their families heading out of town as well. ): I get her gifts ahead of time and let her choose which of the 2 she wants to open for her birthday first and which to leave for christmas a few days later. :3

I feel sorry for anyone with a Summer birthday though. The invitation process seems like it would be a pain to deal with since you can't just hand them out in class. Then again, I'm mostly thinking of the school year age. (Oh, previewing my post shows a lot more replies now and Jade shared her experiences. Aww. Sorry. :<)

I like having an April birthday. Can't complain here. x)

Jesus actually wasn't born on the 25th of December iirc (nor was he white, but that's not the point right now) Also the wise men took 2 long years to reach the manger. They didn't arrive in a few hours; they were far far away on camels! Also, Christians stole Christmas from the Pagans, in case you weren't aware of that fact. Moral, CHRISTMAS IS A LIE, but most of us love it, so whatever lol (I learned how Santa Claus came to be a symbol for Christmas, but I can't remember the details)

My birthday's in May and I don't really mind it, although it's later than a lot of my friend's birthdays, at least in terms of school.

Santa Claus is a derivation of the french sant saint Nicolas, who gives presents and oranges to good kids whereas the Père Fouettard whip the bad kids and gives them charcoal. It's a north tradition, in Lorraine (in France) and also in Swiss too.

My birthday's May 3, I skipped first grade so I was already a year younger than all of my classmates but with my birthday so late in the year I spent most of the year a full two years younger than my classmates. And I've never actually had a birthday party, either we couldn't afford one or nobody showed up. So now I just do what I want for my birthday. For my last my mom took me to Medieval Times, and for my next we're supposed to go out and "girl" for a day- mani-pedis, shopping, maybe a movie, but not stuff we'd normally do.

I don't know what form is going to be. I didn't specified it when I sent my PM to Jen, but I guess it's going to be Normal.

EDIT - And why does the GPX page say my local time is 12:00 AM now? Did it not pick up the DST switch like it is supposed to do?

EDIT² - *gigglesnort* I went to the Index page to see if that would change my DST settings, and the last posting in the News & Updates forum was done yesterday at 10:31 PM. So, in other words, it was done at 10:31 ON 10/31.

EDITⁿ3 - Well, it seems like the Index thing fixed my DST, so that's good. {But the Alt-number keys need to add additional superscript numbers, because the one I used for THIS edit looks wonky.}
