For real though, what I want most is a Pokemon/AC cross over with Pokemon villagers and the same bugs/fish but...THEY COULD BE SHINY!!!!! That would be awesome XD I haven't touched my 3DS in a while. Maybe I'll play Omega Ruby for a bit tonight. On the topic of pets we have two lovebirds and two turquoise parrots. We also had a dog, a labradoodle (labrador poodle cross) but she passed away just over a week ago She was 17 so she'd been around as long as I can remember. Also, with my sister being a wildlife carer specialising in birds, there is always a number of other 'temporary pets' in the house. At the moment we have 7 other birds, but they'll all be released once they're big and strong enough -------------------- |

Also back to another topic anyone and everyone can answer....Who here has pets and what are they? I have a bunch of guppyfish. And that's it xD Nothing cool or fancy or special. In the future I'd like to have a cat or dog. Or two axolotls. Depends really. -------------------- |

I haven't bothered with Happy Home Designer but I didn't hear any good things about it from friends, you are the first person I know to say any positive remarks on the game actually! I think I mentioned something two months ago xD I think a lot of disappointment came from people expecting either a real AC game or something you can play for hours on end... But if you really like decorating homes, it's fun. (And my last public project did take me over three hours. Depends on your level of perfectionism though.) Not playing much right now since my 3DS is still broken... and I'm very reluctant to send it to Nintendo for repairs since they like to delete your stuff even if there's nothing wrong with the system itself. x( -------------------- |

Shuffle news: I'm trying Thundurus when I wake up but my Ground type team is so weak (Donphan, Phanphy and Marowak) that I felt that I need something stronger (even using items, like I'll) so I ended up playing Excadrill's stage and caught him (with 18%, but yeah). I've 96k coins at the moment, so after Monday I'll try to catch some mons and S rank some stages again. I was able to catch it eariler today with Glalie (M), Garchomp, Donphan and Groudon (and a bunch of items). Luck was on my side and I didn't have to use a Great Ball. Now I'm back to coin grinding on Meowth so I can best my Mega Steelix score. I went with Mega Gengar, Excadrill, Donphan and Marowak and bought Mega Start, Disruption Delay and Attack Power. Ended up with 32% and caught it (without any Great Ball). Now I've around 90k coins and I'll keep grinding until Sunday. -------------------- |

Well aw man, that makes me feel a little bad! If you want you can add me and I'll gladly send you Sky Gifts until you get enough Vitamins. Really it wouldn't even take a dent out of my Trinkets and I'd love to help you out any way possible. Also that's great, I hope she does an excellent job and you have a great time cheering her on!!!! Also oh man, gotta love corporate branding. :P Oh wow! You are SO! Nice! Thank you! I just added you to my Pal Pad (assuming that was what you meant by "if you want you can add me". Yeah. I'm a horrid GPX "live" battler so I'm sure I'd never wind up with vitamins and such on my own. I rely on the kindness of others to either sell their over stock (yeah, typically, I buy them all up when I see them in the back room - which isn't as often as I'd like) or the Sky Gifts that fall into my lap. So thank you for wanting to help out. Now I'll be sure to click your party every day when I run my Pal Pad list first each morning. Thanks! Slightly unrelated but how do you send sky gifts anyway? I've checked out on people who've added me and also mutually added people. But the only things that I see in "Send option" is PM, BT Challenge, Shiny Race Challenge and Trinket. Is it something that I should report or I'm lacking something (upgrades or something similar)? -------------------- |

*EDIT* *shudders* I shudder because I'm thinking of my AC:NL game that I haven't played since... some time before August. Doh! And now I'm playing the Happy Home Academy game and you want to know the best part of that game? It. DOESN'T. Keep. Real world time. I was playing it yesterday, going around visiting the homes I already modeled for a handful of villagers, but real life intervened. I began playing it around 6pm. It told me "Good morning." I stopped playing around 9pm. It told me "it's still early! You sure you want to end your day so soon?" LOL It is indeed one of the MOST POSITIVE thing in the AC games. We can't play with a game everyday that takes a lot of time and focus like this. With gpx for example we can leave it for a while and do some others things at the same time. With AC it's really more difficult. So yeah, good point. -- No shiny for me, it's not like if I was expecting a miracle, even for me... But I get my 5th victory at the poke hunt so I get the achievement and a grass shard, which is nice. Now let's go for task 11. -------------------- |

I find it funny how I completed an exploration only to immediately start another exploration. Strange, isn't it?

So I went to release some mons that I used for the Twelve Days of Christmas exploration a couple of hours ago and I noticed that I had a Victini in my Drop boxes. I finished Babysitting Adventure yesterday and hatched the egg at 2am today, so that explains a lot.

I went there to release those mons and see what IVs my Leafeon had so that I could post it in the Poke Hunt thread. And since I had to search Leafeon, I ended up seeing Victini. It would have been so bad to release a legendary when I'm 5 legendaries away (after I hatch the two that I've in my party right now) from getting I Am Legend. -------------------- |

I kept checking this thread for a reply to see if you added me/wanted the Sky Gifts and I didn't see it for some reason. I feel awful now I know it won't help with the Poke Hunt but hey, I'll still send a few your way okay? I'm really really sorry again... :/ But. Back to a topic that makes me look like less of a tool....You guys all have amazing pets, so, happy for you there. -------------------- |

Back to a topic that makes me look like less of a tool....You guys all have amazing pets, so, happy for you there. Don't be sorry! It's ok! I had it listed in an open post and then, my post grew soooooooooo huge, I thought it best to spoiler it all. Hence you probably never even saw it. No worries. And... if those 3 Sky Gifts were from you... thank you! I got a couple handfuls of Poke Chests and some ever so useful Sweethearts and a Honey. I adore those!!! So thank you very much! I appreciate the thought and gestures. Don't feel bad! Speaking to the pets angle... I'm a dog fan. HUGE dog fan. Sadly... and if any of you tell the burglars in our area I'll hunt ya down like a deranged Pokemon.... .... we don't have any pets at this time. Finances and time are against us for that. Over my time, living on a farm in "backwoods" PA as a child, the pets I've had included scores of cats and chickens (not housed together), a turkey (I refused to eat one Thanksgiving so I had venison instead), a horse (ok, so it was a pony, but to a child under 10, it was a horse!), apparently some pigeons and rabbits, and a dog (or two... or three... or four). What I want now? A dog. But a small dog. So that what has to be picked up outside won't be too extreme. LOL My husband is against the idea right now though so I'm hoping. Just don't know when. I always wanted my girls to grow up with a dog, but the dogs we seemed to own, were all already old and they only had one or two years (at best) with them. -------------------- |

It really does take a dog owner to know just how much their death can affect your life, for a really really long time. I lost my best friend Levi over two years ago and I still miss him every single day, they are *never* just pets, they're family. Also hey just stay persistent and I'm sure you can convince him to let the family get a dog; dogs and children work great together it would be awesome for them to have a furball around the house! And that's a *lot* of pets, friend!!! :P Living in the kinda lowly part of Texas I've been there done that, I've owned probably 12 dogs in my lifetime, turtles and a tortoise, all kinds of fish and lizards and frogs and birds, even a little rat now. :P Pets are great! -------------------- |

Just finished seeing Carlos Santos' first episode as host of Equals Three. I loved his performance. Although Kaja suffered from a constant wave of hate by the fans (it would be hard to replace Robby Motz anyway), he's just better than her. Much more versatile and the way the episode was made (one long episode per week instead of two, with some cool transitions) also helped.

Chesto berries please? Hate to sound negative or anything, but I've just been feeling terrible lately. Does anyone ever get that feeling of hopelessness or loneliness or something along this lines? That's how my life's been going. -------------------- |

That's how my life's been going. Fed the Rhydon, friend. But seriously just don't beat yourself up too much about it you know? We all get like this and it'll pass. Even when you seem hopeless and like nothing will ever change, it does. I promise you. Everything will always get better if you stay strong and work to keep a smile on your face. This world can be Hell at times, you have to work really hard to make it a better place; but that work is more than worth it friend. Happiness will come and go, so you just gotta learn to appreciate the best moments as much as you can, so when the bad moments are around you can make it out alive. Shit gets tough sometimes, but you can do this I promise. We all can, we're a lot stronger than we give ourselves credit for. This song always cheers me up, idk why but it does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPnDPtQflhY -------------------- |

I think I need to give up trying to make understand people about some problems I have. I really can't stand the "move on" thing. it's insufferable.
Pets are great indeed. They will never judge you, never be extremly mad at you, not disappointed about you. Whatever you do, they will always love you, and that's great. -------------------- |
