Is it possible to give a pokemon to sombody else without placing it in the shelter?

 . Below, they are listed accordingly with ranks. You may have more ranks and badges than one. For example snafuangel, [who has more than 5 Phiones...{definitely} and a shiny one], anyways, since snafuangel has 5 Phiones and a shiny one, she'll be both the Phione Fanatic and the Sea Mist Rank, and have both badges. Very nice! I was just wondering if we were going to have a mass release date. It would be fun for there to be a mass breakout of phiones in the shelter:)

I don't see a real way to join form-wise...so I ask the noob-sih question: May I join? I have two Phione to offer for enrollment:
