Personally I'd say Ditto and Unown are the rarest. While I've never seen a black chest I have seen corrupted Pokemon in the shelter and peoples parties. Also I've gotten Manaphy from both the "Tiny Egg" and shelter, same for Missingno. However I have only ever, seen two Unown eggs in the lab and a few in the shelter from when people have gotten doubles and Ditto I have never seen an egg for in the lab or shelter.

The unowns get taken much faster these days (probably due to the achievements), people use repels so they are gone before they may even show up for a non repel user. As for ditto, I still don't think as rare, because their probability of showing up is much higher than that of arceus or uxie -------------------- |

Legendaries - Arceus and Uxie
Non-Legendaries: Unown and Ditto Misc - The Clones. I've seen a few Dracowymsy eggs and Pokii eggs show up in the shelter, but never a Charmander Clone or a Bulbasaur Clone. --------------------  I BLEED ORANGE AND BLUE!  |
