Back to back multipliers under 2? I'm a little bit wishing a Plus had been filled up now. And hopefully today will be the day Dedenne gets filled up with Pechas. Now with Pokerus! Please and thank you! The only pro that would come with a Plus now is that it's weekend and more people would take advantage of it. The cons? Well, wasting money when we're already having multipliers and bad planning (cause people always try to finish their hunts in the last days). -------------------- |

Oh, I get it; I was just a little disappointed with today's and yesterday's multipliers. I'd still prefer 6 days of multipliers to 3 though. -------------------- |

The cons? Well, wasting money when we're already having multipliers and bad planning (cause people always try to finish their hunts in the last days). Having a plus would make the multipliers more likely to be bigger. As it stands it seems like we get ballpark x2 from the weekend multipliers, while it would stack up to about x3 with the help of a plus. So your reasoning only works if people only care about there being a multiplier at all. That is of course not the only benefit of a plus, since we get the actual plus effect, which may(honey) or may not(prize) be very useful to a lot of people. Moreover, some of us might have less time to spend during the week than the weekend, so having a bigger multiplier and the plus on a weekend seems like a good deal to me, so I spent some of my credits on Thursday. Who are you to claim that it would be a waste of money anyway, let people spend money on whatever they want whenever they want. I don't really know what and if I should say anything about the bad planning, unless someone wants to discuss what pattern of pluses they would want for a SWSH, however I think that having a prize plus end right before we get the prize points from the SWSH would be kind of silly, and that seemed like a thing that was likely to happen. But hey, that's just my opinion, I wouldn't buy any vouchers anyway, I'l just thinking that those that would might want more prize points when they can. -------------------- All my stuff is viewable by everyone on my public page. Happy Home Designer has consumed my life! I just finished decorating the school and oh my gosh this game is so adorable. I really hope the level of customization in this translates over to the next main AC game. Can only imagine how pretty our towns would be if we could place furniture and decorations outside that aren't just the various plants and PWPs. I can't wait to have this game, it seems to be the cutest thing ever x3 And yeah, build a little garden with some of the furnitures that can be outside, like a swing you know, or outside lamp, a little round table with a cup of tea under a sun umbrella... <3 so lovely. -------------------- |

This presentation for my Monday class is devouring my will to live. Ugh. (I have a mild version of social anxiety and I hate public speaking-- when the professor "asked" me to do the presentation last week, my classmate said he saw me first turn red then white with suppressed panic.)
On an unrelated note, anyone got tips for the Mega Sableye boss on Shuffle? I know it's a dumb nooby question but I've been stuck on it for a bit. Also having trouble catching some of the lower level mons like Torchic, Treecko, Volbeat/Illumise, and (of all things) Pikachu. EDIT: Anyone who's online at the time of this edit, I've clicked your exploration mons. Edit 2: FINALLY got my shiny Fennekin. 775 eggs it took me. I'm surprised I managed to hatch that many in 12 days, then again many multipliers helped... And now, on to Ponyta. This post has been edited by LadyMiir: Sep 26 2015, 10:30 AM |

Additionally, if the plus HAD been active for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday instead of whenever it's actually going to hit, it would have given the people who don't have a lot of time to search during the week due to school, homework, etc time to hatch more eggs to reach that potential SWSH shiny. {Which seems to be sort of what you were meaning with your "less time during the week" comment.} -------------------- |

Meh, low multi again? Looks like I'm gonna be doing HW after I get my breakfast stuff finished.
And I just have a huge distrust for anything like Allegedly "Free" Game/Freemium/Bribing Your Way To Victory stuff in games. I'd even take DLC over that, even stuff that's already in the game itself but needing to be unlocked via DLC before even CONSIDERING taking part in AFG/FM/BYWTV tripe. This is a HUGE sore spot for me, and all the arguments that Shuffle isn't really like that will fall on deaf ears. I consider it to be nickel and diming gamers, which is something that I always thought Nintendo would be above. -------------------- I'm also known as Queen_Lugia on SPPf, and Queen-Articuno on dA, as well as a former aspiring trinketer on GPX+, a proud TheRunawayGuys fangirl, a proud participant of Extra Life, and proud supporter of TwitchPlaysPokemon.

Haha what is sleep? On a more serious note I have insomnia so my sleep schedule is so out of whack I can't even say I have a schedule. I sleep whenever I crash really, last night it was nearly 1 before I fell asleep and I had to wake up at 5:40 this morning.
Well I thought I was finished work, but my aunt called me in a tizzy on Thursday asking me to come in for Saturday. She told me that I was done last Thursday(the 17th) so I brought back my pass(which expired) but I wasn't supposed to bring it back apparently . The pass was expired though which made me a bit angry because why would I keep an expired pass? She told me that today was going to be my last shift, but seeing as last week was supposed to be the last shift I won't hold my breath. I've always gotten the run around with this job, I'll just be glad when it's done for good. I've also started A Ripple in Time and I'm on the VS Seeker task, this is going to be annoying, I can tell. I'm not even at a berry feeding task yet and I'm going to dread that one . -------------------- |

So not only do I see Ditto, but also Primal Kyogre and Groudon on Shuffle for the competition. I don't know how they're getting those but they better do something about it.

I had quite a bit to catch up on, I was busy yesterday.
Shaoo- The Supernatural thing was the fact that you said hi to both Sam and Dean in the same post. I'm surprised nobody else caught that. My sleep schedule sucks. I require about 10-12 hours of sleep a night and if I get any less than that, it's not pretty (I once spent an entire day angry at Hubs because he woke me up to surprise me with my favorite delivery pizza, and we don't get delivery where we live so that's a huge deal to me). And I naturally sleep from about 2-5 a.m. to 12-3 p.m., which isn't very helpful with a toddler about. I hatched a shiny Aron yesterday when I found a couple of minutes to be on, but I doubt I'll be hatching any shinies today. Stupid history homework never ends. -------------------- |

I should really sleep. xD What are your sleep schedules like? Week day up at 5.10am and go to bed around 9pm. Weekend - usually around 7 to 8am (depending) and still go to bed around 9pm. -------------------- |

This SWSH let me finish my Spooky Plate, the first one I've ever completed! Going to wait to see next month's explorations before starting DOTNW for the first time though..
I also managed to get a shiny in under 50 eggs, and thus the achievement for it! So today has been a good GPX+ Day for me so far. I needed to good luck/feeling, though, because I've gotten some pretty bad news lately. It turns out I have something called Strabismus going on with my eyes. My left eye won't focus and turns inward, refusing to cooperate with my right eye. My eye doctor and I have been unable to get it to improve and now I have to see a (really expensive) vision therapist and potentially even have surgery on my eye. My biggest fear in life aside from death is going blind, so this really freaks me out a lot. =( Has anyone ever had anything similar or know anything about it? I'd appreciate any experiences if anyone has and would like to share with me. -------------------- |

My sleep schedule is pathetic, lol. On work days, I usually go to bed at 8:30-10 (I have to get up early though, 3:45 A.M.), and on days off/school days I tend to go to bed around midnight, if I can manage to make myself stay up until then.
Yeah, hopefully the multipliers are a little bit higher these next fews days. It's nice to have anything, but it's much better when it takes like ten minutes to hatch a batch of eggs, lol. @Mikura I'm sorry to hear that! It sounds scary. I've never gone though anything like that, but I'd just try and stay as positive as you could about it. Technology has gotten really good with a lot of surgeries and it continues improving every day, so you have a very good chance of everything being good! I'm guessing the others are as well. And the first time that Ditto showed up, the scores were removed, so hopefully these will as well? -------------------- |

Well I got suckered into working another shift on Monday even though I'm so ready to be finished with that place. I'm really hoping that Monday is the last shift, this job really isn't helping my insomnia or my stress levels.
Well onto the first dreaded Berry task, this Pidgeotto needs some: -------------------- |

Has anyone ever had anything similar or know anything about it? I'd appreciate any experiences if anyone has and would like to share with me. I'm not sure about your individual situation but I have two friends who were born with severe strabismus, one as a complication of an extremely premature birth and the other as a genetic issue that makes his eye focus in the wrong place, and both manage it with special glasses. They're expensive to replace ($700-$800 a pair from what they've told me) but that's what your doctor may want to try before suggesting surgery. The first of my daughter's Christmas presents arrived in the mail today. I wouldn't have ordered it so early but it was the last one, a Hello Kitty toddler chair. I wish I had a full-sized one, it's so comfy! -------------------- |

How is everyone doing today? Other than work being slow and a bit annoying, I'm doing pretty good. Brr, I am absolutely freezing right now. It has been cold all day, I spent my whole work shift with the heat on max. I have a chill, really hope it doesn't turn into the flu, I only got over one a couple weeks ago. This is why I have an extreme dislike of winter, not only does it snow, but the temperatures drop too low and I get the flu every time. I'm really not looking forward to -60 to -80C windchills this winter . Think I'm going to spend the rest of the day playing Pokemon X, I really need that Xerneas to show up. I had a few good ones, I had a near perfect one only to have a ZERO HP IV(of course Attack was 31, that's the only stat I don't care for). At least my Yveltal hunt was fast, guess Xerneas is mad that I prefer Yveltal so it is hiding . Another berry task . Pecha Berries for the Celebi please. My sister convinced us to go to the pound to look at cats today. aaaaaaaaaand, she's getting her cat (a big fluffy black cat named Tibbers) monday morning and I'm getting a teeny gray kitten named either Soren or Jude on Tuesday. I still can't decide on what to name him, but I have until Tuesday. We have to get one of our other cat's rabies shot up to date before we can get him so I'm hoping no one snatches up my baby boy. :<
