I thought it may have been from another country but the country in question seems a bit unknown to me... I actually have about 8 of these cards.. and I can't remember how on earth I came to own them...

It's Japanese, Ironically. The card is from the Neo Discovery series, and, as far as I can gather, that particular series was only ever made in English and Japanese. It was probably made before any other series that got specific translations to other languages, like spanish, ect.
I, as always, could be wrong. This is just my asumption based on research. -------------------- |

yes, like the two above posts, they are Korean cards. You probably got them in a packet somewhere if you ever buy pokemon cards. Pokemon is PUPITAR. I got rid of mine because all it knew was harden. but, to be honest with you, I would keep the card. My friend has several Japanese cards, including a mew. she was thinking of getting rid of it, because she didnt understand the type matchup, and I would keep stepping all over it. Well, I convinced her that a Japanese MEW card is VERY good if you use the right stradagy with it. And she has it to this day.
