 Hello, everyone! Thank you for your participation in the Planning Events thread that PokeNom set up a bit ago! There are some really great ideas in there, including a feline theme suggested by Viridi! International cat day is observed every year on August 8th. The event will run from the 8th of August until the 27th of August at reset. (August 7th 11:55pm ET -> August 27th 11:55pm ET) Start of event countdown.  If you had any leftover Coins from the last event in June, your total will be reset to 0 when the event begins. The Event Shop will remain open throughout the month of September. When the event begins at the designated time, the following feline themed Pokémon will hatch with a Coin:
Prizes range from 10 Coins to a top prize of 500 Coins (plus up to 10 Repel at 1 Coin to help you use up any remaining balance before the shop closes at the end of September). We hope you'll have lots of fun with this event! --------------------  |

Cute! We love cats. The pool of pokemon is a little small, so I wonder if egg will be harder to get or more abundant for each species?

I want this event to start right meow I love cats so much. Alas I will wait. Nice to have a bit smaller of a pool this time around, although I do already have most of the shinies so once I get what I want I can take it easy.

Ooh, I want a lot of these shinies, so I'll be active for sure. Hmm, which ones should I breed though? Probably Eevee and either Espurr or Little since multiple evolutions means higher demand.
(As for a "Dog Days of Summer" event, we only missed the window for the northern hemisphere  )

Meow! I was SHOCKED! when I was checking the Lab for the kittys eggs. When one of them popped up as a mystery... I was like... that design... it reminds me of...
And it was!!! On the first list I copied and printed Spriggy wasn't on it, so imagine my surprise when I got a coin for him all the same. Thank you, PuppyToast for making this Pokemon possible for us here and thank you, Jade for providing my first one. It's as adorable and fricking cute as the one in the V/S games. You should take a bow, PuppyToast, because you did amazing! And I see it was added to the list so I can shiny hunt while hoping to secure enough coins for a sweet, sweet kitty treat.
