I caught a shiny Lunatone in Pokemon Black. I was just trying to find Kyurem, and *poof* *sparkle sparkle* Shiny Lunatone! Oh, the squeal/scream of excitement that followed. And the weird sound I made when I actually caught it.

i was looking in giant chasam yeaterday for ditto and i found a really high level metang and it was hard to catch so i used a masterball,then i continued to look for ditto and next encounter it was a wild double battle with a shiny piloswine and then i nearly passed out and then i got a critical hit and i nearly killed it but then i caught it and evolved it onto mamoswine and now it is the star of my team.

I actually managed to find a shiny Vanillite back on my first file, two weeks after the game came out. I drooled a bit, caught it, used it, and then realized... I hate Vanilluxe. So I restarted. Never seen a shiny since... regardless of all the Masuda'ing I do...

Nothing so far- after five years plus of playing, I've only caught a Shiny Golbat (Margolotta) in SoulSilver... And something else, I believe, but I can't remember what. I'll look it up.

I've caught a shiny Gyarados in Gold (doesn't really count though...), a shiny Gastrodon in Pearl, and a shiny Tympole in Black.

I just caught a shiny Joltik on my Black savefile in Chargestone Cave just a while ago.
I was just wandering around, trying to figure out which way to push one of those floating rocks and ran into it. After I caught her (it was a female), my pulse was going so fast, one could possibly mistake it for a jackhammer. I've never used to have much luck with shinies, but I did catch a Mienfoo in Victory Road while grinding for the Elite Four over a year ago. What made him really special for me was that he had an Adamant nature, and also had the Regenerator ability. I caught him in a Luxury Ball and he's been a staple in my party ever since. So only one shiny ever appeared in my game, but he's the neatest one I'll probably ever find. Still trying to find a shiny Pawniard/Bisharp though!

Recently I found a shiny Gurdurr when exploring that cave before Icirrus city. I caught it, but it's not like I'm going to use him. He has a bad nature.

Caught my first ever shiny in White 2. Was searching for a female Eevee in Castelia City for about an hour, then took a break for dinner. I came back after awhile, being bored from all the running back and forth, and began searching again. First thing I run into is a double battle. Something random, and a shiny Eevee. 5% chance of encountering one under normal circumstances, and that's the shiny I ran into. So much joy, first ever shiny, too. Male, but that really doesn't bother me. Named him Adamas and he will be my Espeon. Not a very good nature, but again, first ever shiny. Much happiness.
