Shine Recorder not letting me vote on Site Wide Shiny Hunt |

Every time a Sitewide Shiny Hunt Vote starts and I go to my Shine Recorder to vote I get this Message:
You aren't eligible to vote! To be able to vote, you must have registered before the vote opened, validate your account, and become a member. The thing is I am a member of the site, sure I don't have a paid account but I don't think that is what it is talking about. -------------------- I will be placing each team here once the first is fully evolved.

You can see that on your Trainer Card here Trainer Card (click to show) In order to become a member you either need to unlock all of your remaining "Newbie" Achievements or post on the forums a total of 10 times.
