Found a Cypress-bred Giratina a while back. Accidentally released it, but it was still a weird moment. Like, before that I wasn't aware that Prof. Cypress actually did things other than pump stuff out for the Lab. Also, hatching a mutant Shellos yesterday was pretty shocking.
Also, Ditto Eggs are now stalking me. Why is this happening. --------------------  |

One time I had a month-long streak where any Pokemon I sent to the Underground returned empty-handed, that certainly made me go "wait, what? why?" Also a bit of a gear grinder, I wanted to see if I'd get any useful Items.

I used a Flame Orb to hatch a premature egg and then I hatched the other eggs I could hatch regularly and one of them hatched with, yep, a Flame Orb.

Randomly hatching a shiny Shaymin a few months back was a pretty "WTF-worthy" moment to me. Also, being the first person to get a shiny for the Sep. 2017 SWSH was a pretty WTF moment. I usually either don't win, or don't even make the top 5 in terms of Eggs hatched/time taken.

I hatched a Lotad for the Scavenger Hunt using Influence Power for the Lonely Nature, and then hatch the other two Lotad's I had in my party and one of them was a Lonely Nature... Wasted 15 Pass Orbs.

I just noticed that the three shiny Sawks I got when going for the 1,500 eggs hatched way back in the day were all bred by the Alex & Thomas npc <3
