Jordsters: There's a program called "Windowblinds" that lets you download a ton of different skins from a massive library, or you can make your own. I'm just downloading them. Windowblinds itself costs money, but the skins are pretty much all free. The one I'm using in that picture is called "Savannah", while the one I'm using below is called "Precision". The program is very easy to use.
