Dude.... That was on purpose. Just like how Pikachu translates to Electric Mouse in English.

Muk.
That is all. Whether or not it was deliberate it's still pretty amusing. There's also a few palindromes. Girafarig, Eevee and Almomola. Pretty sure there's a couple of others though. -------------------- Don't forget to love yourself. I found that before, then told my mom...
She gave me a "wtf" face and walked away xD In "Onyx" they just replaced a the "y" with an "i". Not very interesting, but still ... *shrug* -------------------- |

^Yeah, they call those portmanteau names. One I picked up almost immediately was Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. Probably due to those Spanish classes I took way back in Elementary summer school. And another one I noticed just as quickly: Deino, Zweilous, and Hydreigon. I managed to get the Bilingual Bonus there due to remembering this German song that used to be taught around where I live way back in the day that covered the numbers 1-10 in German.

I'm not the only person who actually knows that Legendary Bird Name thing! xD Though I don't know German so I can't agree with those multiple-headed monsters I'm forced to call Pokemon. (Yah, I hate Gen 5. Don't judge. xD) I didn't actually know the Ekans and Arbok trick, neither Rotom, or... Muk? o.o Why did you have to say that. xD And just to say another portmanteau thing-a-ma-bob because I feel like it, Garbodor is garbage, and odor. Just to clarify that is how you pronounce the name as well. xD Another cool name trick is that Eeveelutions all end with 'eon', and I think 'eon' means evolution. I remember seeing a show named Eon Kid so I think that's it. -------------------- *~*~**~*~* *~*-If you want SN, add me, and I'll add you back!-*~* ~~~ ~~ Recreatia, My Art Shop ~ My GPX+ 3.0 Skin Creator ~ PM me ~ Click if you want Social Network. 22 Spots Remaining. ~~ |
