So, how full is your Dex? Of course, until the Pokébank is released in December (a month's free trial, which then has to be paid from January, to my understanding), you're unable to get a lot of the Pokémon.

I have seen 431 Pokémon
and
I have caught 220 of those

This is actually pretty good going for me... normally I never get anywhere with my Pokédex

Of course, to help see more Pokémon in your Dex, you can go into those cafés where the waiter asks where you want to sit, and you can sit at the counter, at a table, or upstairs. The Pokémon that can be shown to you rotate daily, and of course, I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS so I could probably have seen more by now, haha!

I haven't really gotten that far with my pokedex.

It's pretty disappointing :/ I really have to go back and capture the ones I've missed.

I abused the hell out of the GTS. If you've got some Growlithes, Beldums, Spheals, and Vulpixes (any of the popular or 3-stage pokemon from the Friend Safari), breed the hell out of them and post them up for anything you don't have. The trades will be completed lightning fast, like within the hour. I'm almost done with the checklist of Friend Safari Pokemon that can't be obtained regularly.

I completed the Nat'l dex in Black 2, so I can't wait to transfer all my extras over and see what they look like in Amie. I really want my Scizor, Kingdra, Eelektross, and Milotic. I also want to see if my inserted Deoxys can be transferred (wild encounter AR code). I'd love to pet them in Amie. ;_;

I'm doing the same with the GTS, just struggling to get some evolutions via trading with items

I have never gotten anywhere near completing any of the Dexes, so this is pretty damn good for me!

I'm still on the Kalos Dex, because I haven't defeated the E4 yet. Still trying to think of a good roster to use for them. But here's what I do have:
Central: 130 seen, 58 obtained.
Coastal: 116 seen, 49 obtained.
Mountain: 99 seen, 57 obtained.

Total: 345 seen, 164 obtained.

Getting a lot of unobtainable Pokémon now that some countries have the Pokémon Bank... we don't have it available here in England yet, though That makes me sad because I want my one month's free trial, and the Celebi, haha.

I'm at 665 seen/605 owned, and I think I actually might stop there for this game (outside of the new event legends). In every game, I've run out of box space trying to complete the dex, and all of those times came back to bite me with Poketransporter because of the bizarre implementation (save for Platinum, which was pristine for some reason). I need to get my Electivire and Genesect transferred, but that's about it. I might try to complete it a bit further, but as of now, I'm no longer making a concerted effort since the remaining Pokemon I need are older ones I don't really care about.

i've obtained only 225 of these pokemon.
I guess I still got a long way to go before I complete my pokedex.

And I miss almost ALL event legendaries (except celibi, obviously) because I never had internet for my games/DS until I got a 3DS.
