For the GPX part of the site, trade threads aren't allowed; the GTS part, however, which is the trading station, is completely separate from GPX - it exists to let people trade Pokémon in the games - as is also pointed out when you go to the GTS part of the forums.

You (may)know how Dialga has a Primal form, Groudon a fake counterpart and there are Novelty Pokemon created based on the site admins. Well the achievement Corrupter requires you to obtain one of these pokemon by corrupting their eggs.
A Dialga egg can be corrupted by a Corruption orb. A Bidoof egg does the same as the Dialga egg(being corrupted by the CO orb) A Zergoose egg by the Blue Stone. A Groudon egg by a Corruption orb. A Pidgey egg by a Twinkie. A Bidofo egg by a Corruption Orb. You can buy them in the shop with prize points or sometimes your pokemon will bring them from the underground for you(though rarely) and you can find them around the site(Rarely as well). -------------------- |

The shine recorder just records the time and number of eggs, you can hatch whatever you want.

Yes, the only things you can do to impact shiny hunts in the recorder is to cancel the hunt or hatching the eggs which will either complete it or increment the length of the hunt. There's not chain element involved.

There was a glitch involving a glitched egg and a Boldore but that seems to have been fixed, now. No, it doesn't. You can start a shiny hunt with the recorder, and it will allow you to track the total number of eggs you hatched. For shinies found in a hunt you recorded, there will be a little tidbit about your hunt stats on the Pokemon's profile. The Shine Recorder is also required to participate in site-wide hunts.

Er...this is probably a newb question, especially coming from someone like me who's been here a long time, but how do you give a drink to a Pokemon? I want to boost the happiness of a Budew so I get a Roselia before the day ends (I need it for the exploration task I'm doing), but I can't seem to use the lemonade I bought.

Yeah, but I don't have the Odd Incense and it isn't in the shop right now. By the time it would cycle in, it would be too late. Budew can only evolve during the day. xP
