I also got my first non-exchange shiny of the year already, so that's exciting~ Not green though ;( Jesus christ. I was reading this like 20 minutes ago, and I was like, dang, wish I was that lucky. And I just got a non-green shiny too. wow. Hopefully that's a good sign for the new year -------------------- |

I know how exciting it can be to finish a novelty shiny hunt, so even more congratulations~ Edit: Nevermind. I see the Slime Slugma is from the exchange and it was a shiny Zangoose instead. But still yay! This post has been edited by watchingmidnight: Jan 2 2016, 12:56 AM -------------------- |

I've just sent out the Sky Gifts to all the winners! Congrats again, and thank you for participating
It's been a few weeks since I hatched my last shiny...I have 5 hunts going at the moment that are over 400 eggs, so hopefully I'll be able to finish one of them soon! -------------------- |

eevee64, dang 5 hunts over 400 eggs at least?
You need some of my luck. (Just hatched ANOTHER shiny. Both of my last hunts were under 100 eggs. Probably means I'm in for bad luck during the SWSH though, bleck). -------------------- |

Welcome to our newest member, DarkMoonKnight!
Hopefully my current bad shiny luck won't carry over to the SWSH! I want to hatch more than I did for the last SWSH...which was 1 :P -------------------- |

man, I wish I could give you some of the luck I've had with the SWSH. I've had two different hunts where I've hatched two shinnies in the same grouping.

I want to hatch more than I did for the last SWSH...which was 1 :P I hope I'm able to do good, I had some decent luck in Site shiny hunts in the past, hopefully I still got it. Wonder when it will start, it hasn't been announced yet has it? Hoping for a green shiny to represent malachite lol -------------------- |

Nah, nothing SWSH related has been announced yet. I guess the voting will probably open up in a day or two. I'll have to think of what I want to vote for...

I've been getting shinies left and right and at the point that I'm not even sure what i want to vote for. I suppose I only need two more pixie shards so I'll be hoping for at least one fairy-type.
For me, I only get SWSH eggs at two times: either right at the beginning or right at the end. I'm expecting for the upcoming one, that I'll get the shiny I need on the last day or two of the SWSH. -------------------- |

I've finally ended my shinyless streak! I hatched a Shiny Buziel, which was leftover from the November SWSH ^^" 543 eggs it took.
I think my SWSH luck is similar to yours, watchingmidnight...I hatch shinies in the first couple of days, or the last couple, -------------------- |

For the last few SWSHs the site seems to go crazy over Honey+ :P Hopefully this hunt will be no different.
There still isn't any voting for the SWSH...maybe this hunt is going to have pre-decided Pokemon? I'm curious now -------------------- |

looks like they went with a theme for this SWSH. the choices being Staryu, Cleffa, and Lunatone. I got a shiny Lunaatone for the New Year's Exchange so I think I'm gonna hunt Staryu.

I can usually see the theme in the Admin-choose SWSH choices, but I'm really failing at seeing the theme for this one? I mean, I guessss Staryu and Lunatone I can kind of see star/moon. But Cleffa?
However, my first (and hopefully not only) hunt will be for Cleffa to get another Pixie Shard. -------------------- |

Cleffa's line is said to have come from space and worships the moon, so it fits in a way.

I like these themed SWSHs! I'm going to start off with Staryu, then Lunatone. I already have a Shiny Clefable, so if I finish the other two, then I'll go for it again for my long term living shiny dex goal :P I've also just added the link to the SWSH page to the top of the group's main post
A quick question, (I'll add this to the group joining form later), but if anyone has another name they wish to be called in the forums i.e. a shortened version of your username, let me know or post here You guys are welcome to call me Eevee -------------------- |

Thank you, Lumpy Oatmeal! I also made a SWSH banner last night, so I'll add them both to the main post once I get home from work
There is a new Munchlax novelty called Snowman Munchlax It was given out as a part of the monthly egg distributions. -------------------- |
